to create a new account then click ‘Register Now’ to register for a ‘My Pratt’ account. Customers can save address, credit card and recurring orders under their profile for quick access.
To edit your personal or company profile go to My Pratt
and login with your Email Address and Password. Click on the buttons to Manage Addresses, Credit Card or Account Info. Order History & Tracking Information as well as Recurring Delivery may also be updated from this screen.
To reset your password click My Pratt
then click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link, enter your Email Address and we will send you a new password via Email. If you experience any issues call our Personal Shoppers at 855-MY-PRATT.
